GRANTSEEKING / FUNDRAISING

We built two types of grantseeking programs.  One is a traditional grantseeking training program.  The other is a grant team building program.  We provided grantseeking mentoring and held workshops on effective grantseeking and fund raising for over 400 patient advocacy groups, clinics, hospitals and departments of health in need of public and private funds to provide health services of many types.  Our workshops have been attended by North American and international organizations and our principles apply to fund raising and grantseeking efforts globally.

Though we have trained more than 1,000 organizations and many have become highly skilled and successful using our method, we no longer offer this service.

We do, however, provide all of our training program materials, including a Summary and a Grantseeking book, to any user, free of charge.

We also developed and delivered Fundraising Training.

Those who wish to add our content to their own are invited to do so, and if there are questions about why particular elements are included, interested parties are welcome to contact us for further information.

   Grantseeking:  Art, Science, Strategy
Glenna M. Crooks, Ph.D., and Laudy Q. Robinson

We have taught service organizations to build sound programs with measurable
outcomes and to strategically link their programs to the search for funds.
They went on to inspire funders, deliver better services, and avoid "fund chasing"
and "emergency funding," both of which distort programs and burnout staff.
We have also helped those who make donations determine how to strategically invest
in the programs offered to them. We assisted over 1,000 community-based organizations with their search for support, and in this free, downloadable book, we show you how we did it.
